Yantrasya buddhiḥ niyamyate,
rājñaḥ ājñā likhyate.
mūrkhāḥ hasanti, vidvāṃsaḥ cintayanti,
māyā niyantraṇaṃ gacchati.
Translation:

Kings decree what it foresaw.
Fools laugh, the wise debate,
